Shipping & Returns
We want your Glimify order to reach you quickly and arrive perfectly. Here's everything on how we ship, and how returns work if something isn't right.
Delivery times & rates
All UK orders are sent tracked. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Order processing
Orders placed before 1pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. You'll receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking link when your parcel is on its way.
International shipping
We currently ship within the UK only, but international shipping is coming soon. Join our newsletter to hear when it launches.
Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind? You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can only be returned if faulty.
- Email returns@glimify.co.uk with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid returns label within one working day.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 days of us receiving the item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and checked your return. Card refunds typically take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
