Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To return an item, it must be unused, in original packaging with tags, and include proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please request a return beforehand. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds on delivery charges for any orders. In case a customer wishes to return a product because of a change of mind, they will be accountable for the delivery charges associated with the return or exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days for defective, damaged, or wrong items so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our company policy states that we do not accept returns for certain types of items, particularly personal care goods like beauty products and lashes, due to hygiene reasons, once the product has been opened. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If it has been approved, you'll receive an automatic refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
