Shipping policy

If an order is placed before 1 pm on a working day, it will be dispatched on the same day. If placed after 1 pm, dispatch will be carried out on the next working day. This does not include weekends and bank holidays.

Please note that orders shipped to destinations outside of the UK, including the EU, may be subject to customs charges such as duty and import tax. We do not cover the cost of these charges under any circumstances.
